Has anyone experianced any problems updating ArchiForma from Ver. 2.0 to 2.01. I had purchased a copy of Architerra 2.0 and Archiforma 2.0 last year Febuary. I have now upgraded to Archicad 9.0 and tried to upgrade my copies of Architerra and Archiforma to 2.01. No problem with Architerra and it is up and running. However, according to Cigraphy the serial number off of the registration card has already been registered using a different dongle number for Archiforma, therefore I can not upgrade my copy of archiforma. I have a reciept for the purchase of both architerra and archiforma, my half of the registration card (the other half I sent back to cigraphy). What is also strange is that cigraphy emailed me and said that the serial number for architerra had also been registared under a different dongle number but for some reason I was able to upgrade?? I am a single user working with one computer that has had the same key on it since I purchased Archicad 7.0 so I do not believe the dongle as changed. Correspondence with cigraphy as dried up so I am hoping someone else may have experianced the same problem. I enjoy working with archiforma and think it is a very useful tool but having a problem purchasing another copy of architforma. Any help or advice would be apprieciated.
