Problems installing Trial version of ArchiCAD12 on MAC OSx

Hi, I have a MAC, platform OSx 10.4.11, and have downloaded the trial version of ArchiCAD 12 and registered at Graphisoft to obtain a username and serial number. But the option "Next" remain inactive also after entering the serial number. Any suggestions?
