Program crashes when I page setup/print the 3d model

I am using ArchiCAD 8.0. Whenever I want to print my 3d model (wire/hidden/shaded/ and photorealistic image), I go to the page setup or print command and then program crashes straight away (it shuts dowm automatically itself). But this problem doesn't come up when I print 2d plan drawing.

Archicad 8.0 not 8.1? That could be the problem!
