Hello! I had to reinstall windows on my computer and reinstall Archicad afterwards. After the installation my program key cannot be found. What should i do? Please advise. Thanks!

Welcome to the forum, Yana.

 

I'm guessing you have the software key, and you didn't release the key before reinstalling the OS? If so, you may need to contact your reseller to send you a new one. See these FAQs.

 

If it's the Codemeter dongle, then check that your license manager tool is properly installed and that it recognizes the key.
