If you haven't done the conversions suggested by Scott yet, then definitely do it!
But I don't think the issue is caused by that. arg617 is talking about a Soft License, and Bob is talking about a License on a dongle, so I am not sure they are the same issue. With license related problems you should contact your local distributor, they should be able to help you out (but unfortunately there's nothing we could do about it on this forum).
