Upgrade to macOS 27 Golden Gate?

macOS 27 Golden Gate is here, and like every year, it's time to dig around and find out how Archicad runs on it. So far, the only thing I've found is an post from August that says pretty much nothing about Archicad 29.

I know the universal answer is "don't upgrade." Still, I can't resist asking: what's the current status of Archicad compatibility with macOS 27 Golden Gate?

I worked up the courage too and installed macOS 27. So far, the only problem I've run into is with an older library of my own (an LCF created roughly in Archicad 25–27): Archicad 29 reports it as incompatible, even though it worked fine on the previous macOS. However, I also have a newer .lcf and .libpack from Archicad 28, and those work without any issues.

Remember when they moved the ArchiCAD version releases to the fall from the summer months so it could be ready for the new OS upgrades? Whatever happened to that? Now it's still a loooong process until they formally bless it. I don't know of any other major software that takes as long to be compatible as ArchiCAD. No one from Graphisoft has even posted anything since a months and half ago... before macOS27's release.

Graphisoft, if you're even monitoring these boards... what is the current timeline for expected compatibility?

Not sure how much they monitor it but you could mention them via "@" 
So it would be great if someone from @GRAPHISOFT could give official statement/create article about compability with new macOS 27 Golden Gate.

Is Archicad 28 compatible with macOS 27? My Archicad 28 is quitting unexpectedly when I try to open it in macOS 27.

I have upgraded to macOS 27 Golden Gate and I would not recommend it. Notwithstanding any potential issues with Archicad, it is quite unreliable. Issues with Safari and if you use the lock screen it is currently locking me out completely at least once per day meaning I have to perform a Force Restart.

As far as I am aware, Graphisoft only maintain compatibility with the latest 2 versions of Archicad which will soon be 29 and 30 so it's unlikely 28 will be updated to work fully with macOS 27. I have been using Archicad 26 and 28 intermittently and not had any issues (I have only been using it on a very limited basis). 29 has been OK but again limited use. 30 has been ok other than the issues highlighted in the specific article related to macOS Golden Gate.
