If the Vista operating system still doesn't allow the installation of Archicad 9 after uninstalling and reinstalling java runtime and WIBU key; use a different computer that has Windows XP. Run the installation so that the files save to a USB memory stick or external drive and then transfer the files to the computer with Vista. Worked for me :]
