Im having a problem with Teamwork Mode today :(

Hey all, I need to pick your brains about a rather nasty little problem I encountered today:

I was trying to log into a team project this morning, but right in the middle of signing in, ArchiCAD crashed and vanished off my screen. Now it looks like nobody can log into that project. We all just get the message saying its waiting for my login to finish, but I cant log in either since i get that same message. Its like I'm locked out of the project.

Does anybody know a way to fix this?

Look for a lock file (a file with the same name as your teamwork file, but with a LCK extension) within the project folder and delete it.

Hey, awesome! Now if i can just keep it from crashing!

Now that I think on it, maybe somebody here can help me with THAT problem....hm...

When I open archiCAD, i can only get about as far as signing in before the program just vanishes off of my screen. (Tho occasionally i can work for up to 45minutes before it goes out). No other computer in my office has this issue, and I have all the updates and patches, as well as the latest versions of everything.

NVidia Quadro FX 1400, 128mb, fully updated drivers, direct X 9
XP Pro, also fully updates

Has anyone seen this happen before?? Could it be an issue with compatibility on my machine? I had the tech guy here completely wipe archiCAD off and reinstall it, but it did not solve the issue.

Have you tried opening/ signing-in to a recent back-up? Sometimes saving a teamwork file as a .pln and then re-sharing it, will "reset" a corrupt file.
