Wall End Cap - Offset from end

Greetings,

In the attached plan view screenshot a wall end cap appears in the correct position, except that it has a ghost outline offset from the end. When viewed in 3D, the end cap is positioned at the ghost location. What could possibly be wrong? I see nothing out of the ordinary with the settings. Thanks for any ideas as always. I suspect a bug.

AC27 v. 4060 w/ MEP, Cadimage, Twinmotion 2023.2.2 using AC from AC6.0, 2021 MacPro M1 chip, Adobe CC. Used AC on both platforms.
