Warning about inverted elements when publishing

came upon this warning message yesterday when I started to publish my project to .pdf. after Clicking OK the files are published correctly, but wtf does the warning actually mean and how or why does it appear? Today I tried to publish again, didnt get the warning, although I didn't change anything in the project file nor did I restart ArchiCAD.

Inverted elements occur when the top of the element is now below the base of the element.
i.e. when you link the top of a wall (a high bulkhead wall) to the storey above.
You then adjust the storey height to be lower and now the top link for the wall is below the actual base of the wall.
