Windows 10 N with Anniversary Update

I am unable to get AC19 running since the Windows 10 anniversary update. It cannot get past the GXMedia.dll error message. I have tried running the suggested updates but nothing has worked. I also tried the same things running as administrator but nothing has worked.

Suggestions please?

The Media Feature Pack versions of the HelpCenter article didn’t help, because you have another build of Windows 10 N (14393). We updated the article with your build. Please install this version then try to run ARCHICAD installer again.
