Work Environment Disappears

When working in ArchiCAD my desktop work environment (all my palettes, tool bars, etc.) will disappear. I keep another session of ArchiCAD open so I can switch to it and then when I switch back to the session I want to work in the work environment is restored. It will only last about an hour or two until it happens again. Is this a bug? I've been working in 16 for about three months and this has only begun happening in the last week or two. Any ideas what's wrong?

Unless there's something you're not telling us it definitely sounds like a bug.
