hexagesimal key

hi I lost all my files and I'm using a file recovery software to find some of them in my old PC but it asks me about a key that identifies the program and the type of file so it can find it in the hard disc

What I'm trying to find is the key for the PLN and PLA files

If anyone knows how it feels to lose a file imagine loosing all you ever did
