upgrade problem

after downloading upgrades asking to close AC even when it's already closed. AC 11 on vista.

You might have had a 'background archicad' running. Reboot and try applying the update again.

still can't update for same reason. even after rebooting ask for close AC to install AC11-1114. maybe U know some cure for that. thanks
