Bizarrely...

The other side of the coin, which is worse, is that ArchiCAD sometimes fails to show again after being hidden. Bizarrely, it still responds to key commands, but nothing happens on-screen and nothing will make it reappear. In some cases the only way out is to force-quit.

Others report a similar problem with some Adobe products, but it still leaves the impression that this is specific to certain developers, i.e. not a universal issue.
I am suspecting some underlying issues with Leopard. GS may need to have their programmers spend more time on their Macs. The behavior in Spaces is also quite flaky and I suspect this may be related.
