im having an issue with my reno tool as its flickering and causing my archicad to run really slow. I dont have large file issues and its flickering as if it thinks its being selected from new to existing in a very fast paced manner..
If anyone can help I'd really appreciate your advice on this.

Crazycatlady,

Peter Clark pointed you into the right direction. This is a known issue in ARCHICAD 18. Please close your Renovation palette while the Trace feature is turned on and performance should improve. This will be fixed in an upcoming Update for ARCHICAD 18.

Is this being fixed in the imminent AC19 update as well?

Whenever I turn on trace I get flickering on the screen.

I am using OS X 10.10.5
Apple iMac Intel i9 / macOS Sonoma / AC27UKI (most recent builds.. if they work)
