student version ArchiCAD 15 installation help

System = 64 bit windows 7
Problem = downloaded ArchiCAD 15 New Zealander, XP/Vista/7 (64 bit) (558MB)

this is supposed to unpack to C:\Users\y\AppData\Local\Temp\ArchiCAD 15 NZE and then installation wizard is supposed to start...

NADA nothing happens....

Any ides?
