I can't seem to be able to make the width of the parking stall be 9'. It seems to be locked in 8'-6" and is greyed out. Computing it based on the length does not make it work.
Set the "Width" parameter to "Custom" and then you can set the "Effective Width" parameter to the desired value.
(Seems like the "Custom Unit Width" parameter always takes the value of the "Effective Width" parameter in this case.)
