Does anyone know good websites where I could download 3D furniture objects for Archicad?And perhaps good video tutorials on the whole process of downloading them?

If you downloaded a GDL file then you should either place in into one of the Linked Libraries of the Project or load the GDL file directly into the Project in which case it will be placed into the Embedded Library.
If you downloaded a 3DS file you can import it. These articles will help you in that:
