I am using AC after a long break, and found that the project i did in AC11 is opening in AC13 with missing curtain wall components.
I have missing library parts? Is there a link to download AC11 library parts??
My local Graphisoft support (in Bahrain) has not answered my email for over a month for support.
AC12 introduced a Curtain Wall tool, so I imagine the curtain wall objects are no longer in the AC12/13 Libraries. Download and load into your project the AC11 Migration library, the INT version can be found HERE
