AC11 Library, Dup Library Parts with AC9

Started a project in AC9, went to AC10, now upgraded to AC11

Have many Duplicate library parts and some multiple versions.
Seems like the AC11 library and the AC9 subset lib has dups.

The project startred in AC9 has 14 pln files all hot-linked together.

What is the best way so fix this?
