Try posting a screen shot that shows the door name. Some doors are written so the sizes are a few standard dimensions, so the with/height settings are a parametric setting with the other features (like casing, door leaf, etc.).
You should add a Signature to your Profile (click the Profile button near the top of this page) with your ArchiCAD version and operating system (see mine for an example) for more accurate help in this forum.
