The company I work for: http://www.prodlib.com also provides archicad libraries that are free to use.

You can find a lot of free and premium objects on https://www.bimarium.com/. Just a short note: this is the site I am working for over a year now. I build all the models, and I really appreciate a feedback. Thanks a lot and love to hear back from you guys.

Personally I don't advise the use of Bimarium, unless you don't have a choice since that their objects are way too clunky, even for simple object

Maybe that will improve this year with their shift to a payment model.

Moonlight, thanks a lot for the feedback. Can you be more specific about which models are you talking about? Our idea is to make models that are both light in the number of polygons and still look very good. We are thinking that more and more users of Archicad are going to use it for interior design now that more powerful rendering engines are comming (ex. Corona for Archicad). Also, we are trying to stay lower the 10k polygons per object (excluding sofas and more complex geometry).

Thanks a lot for the feedback again, will try to recheck all the models to see the number of polygons. All my best.

I 'll have to ask you to permit me to be blunt.

Many of the objects that I have downloaded from your site, have a size superior to 1 mb, and I can script many of them it to be UK LOD (LOMD & LOMI and more specifically LOMD 4 ) compliant in less than 150 KB.

PS: There are an extra 100 kb being generous and for worst case scenarios.

No worries, I really appreciate your honesty. The fact is that the geometry is not scripted that's why the the dimension is bigger. I am not a specialist in gdl, but I try to help my fellow architects with good objects so they stop importing 3ds or dwg with more then 100k/ object. Maybe in the future we can remodel them better. Thanks again for your answer.
