Archicad 14 - Build 3269 US FULL - hotfix (what did it fix?)

we just noticed that the the "vapor barrier" annoyance that came with all the stock doors/window objects in the out of the box 'stock archicad' objects out of the library doesn't have that vapor barrier.

Is this due to the update on the build 3269?
if so...where can I find what this build 3269 FULL US what it fixed?
