Is that OK working for you?

I have a problem loading this add-on.

If you installed the downloaded Cinema 4D Add-On, it will be loaded automatically to ArchiCAD. It will be also listed in the Add-On Manager.
If the "Load" square of CINEMA 4D Exchange is checked in the Add-On Manager, it is available through Design menu/ Design Extras/ CINEMA 4D Exchange. You don't need to add it manually.
