CI Tools Missing

Hi There,

My Ci Tools have all suddenly become unusable even though they are all correctly installed in the Library and up to date on the CI Tools installer. There is nothing showing in the CI Tools drop down. See below - 

If I try to edit existing wall coverings it just completely changes the object and gives me this pop up.

Not sure if it is related at all but on one archicad file the Ci Tools show in French but all others are in English.
