If they are surrounded by walls and you don't actually need modelled backs as part of the object then I would just do a Solid Element Operation with a slab to cut off the corner.
Of course this will not affect the floor plan view so you will need to fix that up with lines and/or fills.

really.....geez.
out of the 200 hundred "out of the box" cabinets that do all sorts of "stuff" there isn't one simple one that has an angled back?

I assumed that you didn't find any parameters in your objects that do this so I was suggesting a quick solution.
My objects don't do this either so I would use the SEO or if I really wanted to I could alter the scripts.
I have no idea if others have objects that can do this.
Maybe they do and will reply.
