Changing custom library object doesn't reflect in drawing

I am using custom made objects in library, in my example some window and bacon railings. When I want to do some changes:
- I remodel the railing
- select the new model
- File / Libraries and objects / Save selection as / Object
- I overwrite / replace the existing library object
problem:
Changes doesn't reflect in the drawing
- reload libraries doesn't help
- reopening file doesn't help
- I need to choose every instance of that library object, change it to something else and back again, now it works

So, am I doing something wrong or is this a bug?
