I am new to Archicad and working on an evaluation demo to see if it will hekp our company plan and new automotive dealership before engaging with architects to help keep our vision clear. There are very few GDL automotive objects that we have found to date but many in a variety of other formats, mostly .3DS or .C4D. We have had minimal success with conversion of .3DS as often what results is not usable as in just being all one color or very flat in color. We are about to look at acquiring a number of models from other suppliers most which come in a variety of these file formats so we are looking for advice on the conversion process under Archicad 18,
