Curtain wall 3d

Hello,
does anyone know how to change description of a curtain wall - panel (in my case "Length (min 530)" in 3d - i dont want it to be seen on the panel. pictures are attached..i tried changing the settings 3d Representation to OFF but then the entire panel disappears. These are custom panels i downloaded from a firm called Trimo (Qbiss.one)

If there is no parameter that influences the display of that 3D Text you are seeing, then you would have to open the Object for editing and find where in its 3D script the "TEXT" command is used as that is what generates the 3D Text.
You would have to delete or comment out that line in the script and save it for changes to take effect.
