Curtain wall as a part of an object

There was a need for creating many Japanese sliding doors. Tried to create custom objects/doors and windows using the curtain wall tool to save time(see the attached picture). I could group it and use it just fine, but they repeat a few times through the temple. Thus, tried to create objects and place them into openings, which worked just fine, but the next day, when I opened my saved project, all the curtain walls within the objects turned into a black block mess. Tried resaving the objects from original geometries again, but to no avail. I know I could turn everything into morphs, but through the design, I have to adjust the pattern A LOT. If anyone knows how to deal with this problem, please let me know!

Hi,

I am not sure using a curtain wall is the best way to go around making this, from a modelling standpoint.

Why not do a grid system for the standard library door properties? And make a grid from there with the desired parameters

or you can select the last option from the custom leaf type and select a leaf that you made yourself (with slabs for example).
A guide on how to make door leaf:  https://helpcenter.graphisoft.com/user-guide/88770/
Or a video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IOgoY1OXG-s

Hope this helps.
