Custom Door Leafs in 3D

I have drawn a custom door leaf for a garage door. I have drawn the door leaf in plan view with slabs and alternated the different slab surfaces to be able to view the panel lines in elevation. I have used Paint 14, and the alternative I have duplicated Paint 14 and used as a copy. When I view this in 3D view - it looks quite warped and doesn't show up as how it shows in elevation view. Any ideas on how to fix this? Will attach some photos
