Custom Door Panel Not Showing

I have created a custom door leaf using slabs and complex profiles. The door size matches that specified in the Door Settings Dialog Box. I have saved via Save Custom Component as a Custom Door Leaf Subtype. The part appears in the Custom Panel Name of the Door Settings DB, however only an outline of the door appears wire frame. Please see attachment. Any thoughts will be appreciated. Thanks, Scott

I've never seen a problem like this before.

You have a pretty clear description of the case here. I think you should send a PLA of the concerned parts to GS Technical Support with your text. I don't know a way to post a PLA here, it could help here, too.

has anyone figured this out? I can't seem to.
