The problem is that I do not have the 'Lamp' and 'Whitewash' materials in my material-list. I would like to see this sample with the right materials. Can someone help me with the definitions of this, or is it possible to import materials in another way ?

Are you using the INT version?
If so, you can start a new Project based on the ArchiCAD 12 Template.tpl file and I am sure these materials will be in it.
But I checked and I think Lamp is now called Glass-Lamp, and Whitewash is called Surf-White.
