Door Markers

is there a way i can "save current view", one with and one without door and window markers?

Yes: the visibility of markers is a Model View Option. Define a named combination for an MVO for with and without the markers, as needed. (Do NOT define views with "Custom" for MVO - or for anything else - it is asking for trouble later.)
