You can set the opening angle of the symbol for both leafs for floorplan display, if that is what you mean? Set one to 0. This works for the more detailed doors (not the IFC simple ones), should be able to pick any panel. There is also assymetric double door to pick from if you want two different panels.

I don't see any place to change on custom panel may be we have different library. I am using USA lib

Dutch library, but the parts are, as far as I know, just the same as the international library, but translated. I can find the ArchiCAD17 part on BIMcomponents, for example, just search in the object dialogue screen for 'asymmetric'
