Doors not visible in 3D

Good afternoon all,

I am still quite new to Archicad and hoping someone might be able to help me. Any help would be hugely appreciated.

None of the doors are visible in my 3D model, elevations or sections however they are visible in the 2D plans. This is the same in every project I open and I am unsure about how to resolve this. I have attached a screen shot example and this is the warning that comes up:

Cannot compile macro 'DoorFrame'
at line 218 in the 3D script of file GeneralDoorUnit.gsm.
Library part was not converted properly (DOO - 063)

Might anyone be able to help please?

Many Thanks,
Laura

Sorry to state the obvious but there is a problem with the 'DoorFrame' macro that is called by the 'GeneralDoorUnit' door object and because it having a problem with this macro the whole door is not showing.
What the problem is will be almost impossible to say unless someone else uses the same object.

Is it from the standard Archicad library or is it a 3rd party object?
Is it designed for use in the version of Archicad you are using?
What version of Archicad are you using?

Can you get a new copy of the macro file as there may be something wrong with the original if you downloaded it from somewhere.
