Dynamic wall Plug object

Wrote this in about 4 hours using sinceV6's base poly line code. I have a lot of ideas for this one.

Hi.

Nice work... too bad it is locked

Separation and outlet/switch quantity could be set per segment. I did it in the parkingLot ER object.

Best regards.

My comment was more of a hint, as the poly code was created and released under a share-alike kind of license.

Hope is not a major bummer for you.

I know GDL is, for now, time consuming, and maybe that's why there are not that many good scripted open and free objects around; but for me GDL equals satisfaction once the object works, and the parametric capabilities are far beyond compared to other programs. If more people could get involved in learning GDL, the AC community would have a great benefit. These types of objects may help others realize that scripting is not that hard, and throw away the concept of "I'm and architect... not a programmer"

I certainly would like a better GDL environment (:hint: :hint:)... or a more visual approach (:MEGAhint:)

On a side note, I'm finishing the second version of the polyline code -rewritten from scratch- to incorporate 3D functionality and arcs. There are just a couple of things that need ironing.

Best regards.
