Embedded library problems

I have a weird problem with objects in my embedded libraries.

Sometimes after opening a project, few library parts get duplicated and archicad issues duplicate objects warning. After I delete duplicate objects, save my project, close it and reopen it again it is usually ok.

But when I open the same project after few days, exactly the same problem happens again (same objects get duplicated). I am 100% sure I did not add/copy library parts to the project nor add/create new objects for the project.

Has anyone experienced problem described above?
