Floor Plan Window Missing From Tab Structure

When I open my template, the floor plan window is no longer attached to a tab. If I open an elevation, section or other view, they open up correctly within the tabs. But if I select any floor plan view, a separate window opens (which has no link to a tab) and a header to the floor plan view which reads " ENTER PROJECT NAME>'VIEW NAME'>'FLOOR PLAN NAME' ". How can I reset floor plans so that they reside within the tab structure?

William:

There is a command Dock Window to put it into the tabs. In the standard environment it is under the Window menu.

Thank you so much - it's been frustrating me all day. I'm not sure how it happened either...
