GDL version 4 Cookbook?? - what happened?

what ever happened to this publication of this cookbook?
Is it done?
did it ever get published?

the 4th edition is (was) out and available freely on the old Andy blog (and not on the new one sadly).

However, I've uploaded a copy of this edition here

The author, David Nicholson-Cole, has also set up what he calls an experimental website for the cookbook at: www.nottingham.ac.uk/~lazwww/cookbook/

that "experimental" website is real neat.
I'm gonna have to make some time to go thru it in detail.

The original websites by David Nicholson-Cole may no longer be working.

I think Cookbook 4 was only ever on-line and I am not sure if it was ever a complete book like Cookbook 3 or if it was just a bit of extra information.

I did find this old post that has some links that seem to work.
