Grid Tool not loading?

Hello,
I am the Model Manager of a mid-sized Architecture firm. I have loaded the grid tool on all the office computers. One computer will not load the grid tool. I have tried numerous ways of adding the grid tool but the grids simply do not show up. Is the grid too associated to the graphics card? Check doubles shows up so I know that I have add ons loaded.

Make sure you have the latest Grid Tool (hotfix 987). I'm guessing that the Grid Tool is loaded, but is from an "older version" of AC (i.e. a version prior to the hotfix).

Go to Options > Add-On Manager and select the Grid Tool (if it is there) -- see what it says under "Add-On Info". If this is the problem, just download the latest from the Goodies site.
