Why are grouped elements automatically un-Grouped when they become part of a Mark-up entry?
Also elements that are part of a Mark-up entry cannot be grouped.
Why is this????

Hi,
It is by design. On an ARCHICAD level, Mark-up correction elements are considered a same kind of level of "grouping", as actual grouping. As such, they can't be grouped and be corrections at the same time.
Still, since you think this behavior is counter-productive, I have put it on our wishlist to change this.

Well, yes please it would be nice!
For example when using Mark-up to create alternative layouts for desk arrangements, it is nice to be able to have a group of desk+chair+ pedestal to move and copy, instead of having to select individually each time.
