Use the library part "tube" (object library\special construction\basic shapes\tube) included on the standard library (at least on the US)

JOCONTRERAS, thanks for your coments, I´ve already saw that libraries, but what I need it, was elliptical cillinder.

I found a file in my computer, that describes you how to create an inclined wall, I read it and found that I can apply my case with this steps. From
step 7 to 15 and it works very well, then I felt great.

I´m sharing my solution, hope you understand it.

These is the second part of the process

1. First go to archive, open object
2. Select your object
3. Select parameters
4. Create a new one (C) give names, angles
5. Select Script 3D and in my case wrote: ROTy C
6. Select Script 2D and wrote the same parameters of the pdf file from steps 7 to 15 (project2 3,270,2
7. then view 3D
close, save, and have fun
