Use the window called 'W Trapezoid Fix' that will do what you want. It is at ArchiCAD Object Library 81.pla/ 1.3 Windows 81/ Wood Plastic Windows 81/ Special Windows 81.

You should be able to change the widths and heights to match your needs. It's probably just easier to place the window and mirror it to switch the raking angle, if necessary.
