Assuming the error message appears when you view the 3D model as well you can view it storey by storey.
If no message try another storey.
As soon as you get the mesage place a marquee around half of that storey and view that in 3D.
If no message you know it is in the other half if there is a message you know it is in the current half.
Now marquee half again of the area you know is generating the message and now view that in 3D.
Keep going until you get down to an area that is small enough to starte selecting single windows or curtain walls to see if they trigger the message.
Basically just keep narrowing down your search by marqueeing areas, isolating single storeys and even turn off layers.

NGUYEN Tran:
Based on the error message, this looks like it is coming for a Window (could be Door). Use Barry's advice to find the problematic Window, then check its parameters for a MISSING fill.
