How to make a title block?

Can anyone tell me how to make a custom title block? Please!!!

If I were you I would try to modify on of the existing Title block library parts.
Bring up the "Edit GDL Library Parts" toolbar by right clicking on the standard Toolbar and selecting it from the appearing list.

Then use the Open Object by Subtype command.
In the appearing Dialog you can select the subtype you want to edit.
Select the General GDL Object\Drawing Symbol\Drawing Title\Built-in Drawing Title and click OK. (Or you can use the Create Clone command).
As a first step save it under a new name and then you can start modifying it.

Do you mean drawing title (as Laszlo is assuming) or a title block (ie the info typically at the right of the sheet)?

If you mean the latter these are set up in the master sheets. These are at the bottom of the layout list in the Navigator. You can modify an existing one or start from scratch. They can be drawn with any of the 2D tools and whatever is on the master will appear on all sheets that use it. For things that change from sheet to sheet and such you can use the auto-text function.

Mathews is right....it is the tittle block in the layout!

I am too talking about the Title Blocks on Master Layouts. I was detailing how to open and modify an existing one instead of trying to create one from scratch.

In our regional template, the Title blocks are drawn as independent worksheets (not connected to the 3D building model) and placed on Master layouts.
And they use Autotext extensively.
