How to use EDGE and PGON commands, versus PLANE?

I created a GDL object using PLANE command, however an error comes just for the 3D view as " Normal vector and edge 3 is not perpendicular in pgon 1. "

The shape is drawn with a part missing in 3D. Although the HOTSPOTs and HOTLINES are drawn fully, which indicated that the problem is not in the equations used. I guess the engine does not create exactly the surfaces that I created, but recreates polygons and edges of its own.

I wonder if I can try re-writing the script using EDGE and PGON. I looked at the script of the GDL object " Tensile Roof 13" which has some common features with my object, however I don't quite understand how these commands work. I have two loops showing all the points by x(n, m), y(n, m) and z(n, m). How can I allocate indices to the EDGE and PGON?

Please advise.

Thank you.
