IFC Operation

I'm opening up my Archicad 8.1 GDL objects in Archicad 11, and all of my objects are getting and "IFC Operation" parameter inserted into them with a value of "not defined" and "0". I also get a parameter called Wall Contours automatically inserted into the GDL object.

Any ideas as to what these parameters are for and why they're automatically inserted into the GDL objects?

Thanks.

The "IFC Operation" parameter is a new parameter (in 10 & 11) that obviously has something to do with the transfer of models to other software using the IFC format.
I don't really know about it as I don't use it but it seems objects need this option now.

The "Wall Contours" parameter you will now see in all doors and windows instead of the diagramatical "Contours" button that used to be there in the "Floor Plan" section of the parameters.
It is used for displaying or not displaying your side and sill lines of the doors and windows.
So now we have to choose from 1, 2, 3, or 4 and know what these do instead of being able to see the diagrams on the button.

I think the new library objects may have something diagramatical scripted into their graphical interface but I don't use the default library objects so can't say for sure.
But if it is there then you can use that and ignore the new parameter.
