Is it possible to locate placed instances of embedded library objects?

Currently working on eliminating Embedded Library part objects that already exist in our cloud library. Is it possible to track down the location of placed instances that are not on plans, sections, or elevations?

My workaround is I've copied worksheets of LB parts in question to a plan view and then updated the library part and its settings in the schedule then copying back to the worksheet. But beyond worksheets, where might placed instances live, and is it possible to trace their view location in the project?

Design options in worksheets sometimes have hidden placed instances on them.
